I liked that the room has a balcony as I am a smoker.
I had no idea the room has shared bathroom, anyways the owner was nice and allowed us to use a separate bathroom. The house is very noisy (the door room makes a horrible noise whenever you enter or leave the room) - this could be solved very easy. The room was not cleaned for 5 days during our stay, the towels were not changed at all. Still the leaving room is cleaned daily. I found the price as being too high for the conditions - the room is old furnished, no investments have been made. For 132€ per night you can find a 4* hotel and have your own bathroom. Unfortunately I had no idea that the apartment has a shared bathroom when I booked it and I paid the full price from the start, non refundable. As per location, the Apartament is located 2+ km from the city center so it takes 30 min walk or 20 by tram.

The ad did not make clear the bathroom was shared. Very uncomfortable stay, couldnt afford to rebook
The property had a share bathroom, this was not made clear at all on the advertisement for the property and I felt very uncomfortable.
The advertisement should have reflected the amenities of the property.

No mention of shared toilet...
The location was good to get to the city centre and airport
We were never greeted or had clean towels during our stay. For a bed and breakfast, there was no breakfast or instructions on where to find breakfast. There was no mention anywhere that we had to share a bathroom and shower and on one of the days, there was no toilet roll and the guests needed to use tissues found in a drawer. There was tin foil wrapped around the bottom of the radiators and there were ants in our room all the time and crawling on us during the night. The walls were also very thin and if another guest went to the bathroom, it woke you during the night. Finally our room had a nice double door to a small seating area but it was right onto a back garden full of old pallets.
